Terms of Service
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the FjordLift Digital website, digital products and services. FjordLift Digital is a business brand operated by the legal entity 9568-6713 Québec inc.
Services
9568-6713 Québec inc. provides one-time digital services, project-based consulting, setup packages, audits, optimization services, custom digital work, downloadable guides and prepaid digital purchasing credits through FjordLift Digital.
Quotes and Project Scope
Project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing may be confirmed through written proposals, invoices, service agreements, or email communication. Any work outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, images, access credentials, approvals, and feedback required to complete the work. Delays in providing required materials may delay the project timeline.
Payments
Payments must be made according to the invoice, proposal, or agreement provided. 9568-6713 Quebec Inc may pause or stop work if payments are late or unpaid.
Credits and Self-Service Purchases
One FjordLift credit represents CAD $1 of purchasing value. Credits may be used only for eligible guides and services sold by FjordLift Digital; they are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash.
Orders may be completed autonomously through the website or an ezPayments payment link without a separate email, chat, phone call or signed client agreement. The checkout record, payment reference, invoice or receipt, and the customer's account history together form the order record.
FjordLift credits and most service prices are recorded in CAD. A product expressly labelled and priced in USD is charged in USD, with the applicable total displayed before payment. For CAD-priced orders paid through ezPayments, the CAD order value may be converted into a USD payment-link amount using the exchange rate recorded at checkout; the corresponding CAD value remains the purchasing value recorded by FjordLift.
Digital Guides and Delivery
A downloadable guide is licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business use. The purchaser may not resell, publicly distribute, share or publish the guide or its protected download credentials.
Protected access is unlocked only after the payment provider confirms the payment amount, currency and successful status. The purchaser is responsible for keeping the confirmation link and guest download token private and for saving a personal copy after download.
If a completed purchase does not unlock or the file is defective, the purchaser should contact Email. FjordLift will review the payment and delivery record and restore access, replace the file or provide any refund required under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Revisions
Projects may include a reasonable number of revisions when specified in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions, major changes, or new requests may result in extra charges.
No Guaranteed Results
9568-6713 Quebec Inc may provide strategy, design, development, SEO, advertising management, and automation services, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales, leads, rankings, advertising performance, or revenue outcomes. Results may depend on market conditions, offer quality, budget, competition, third-party platforms, and client execution.
Third-Party Platforms
Some services may require third-party tools such as hosting providers, domain registrars, CRM platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, payment processors, or software providers. 9568-6713 Quebec Inc is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property after full payment has been received. 9568-6713 Quebec Inc may retain ownership of internal tools, templates, processes, frameworks, reusable code, and general know-how used to deliver services.
Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on the rights of others. 9568-6713 Quebec Inc may refuse to publish content that appears misleading, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate.
